Sonya moved to Brentwood, Tennessee, in 2006. She enjoys collaborating on better ways to serve her clients and improve her business. She takes honor to be a part of such an important decision of buying or selling a home and wants to make it as seamless as possible for her clients.
 
Working as a trusted advisor in professional development to Nashville’s small and enterprise organizations for over twenty years, transitioning into real estate was a natural fit. Sonya believes in representing her clients to the best of her ability and educating them every step of the way. Sonya earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi. She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Tennessee Association of REALTORS®, and Williamson County Association of REALTORS®. Her incredible work ethic and drive shine as she serves her clients to achieve their real estate goals.
 
Sonya focuses on Brentwood, Franklin, Nolensville, Nashville, and surrounding areas. Her goal is to intnetly learn about her clients; to understand and help individuals and families further their goals and dreams. Her husband, David Komar, is the co-owner of Temp Control, a family owned HVAC company in Nashville. When not working, they can be found on the sidelines cheering on their two teenage kids or walking their rescue pup at Smith Park. Their family loves calling Brentwood, Tennessee, their home!
